Let’s Tackle Your OSHA 300 Log Together!

As we kick off the year, I wanted to remind you about posting and filing your OSHA 300 forms and logs. Staying on top of this helps keep your business compliant with OSHA rules.

Don’t forget! Employers with 11 or more employees (unless exempt) at any time in 2024 must post OSHA Form 300A, summarizing work-related injuries and illnesses, from February 1 to April 30, even if there were no incidents. The form must be certified by a company executive and displayed prominently where employee notices are typically posted.

In addition to posting your OSHA Form 300A, certain businesses will also need to electronically file their log.

Did you know? Electronically submitting your OSHA 300 log won’t trigger an audit. It’s just about checking the right boxes and showing your commitment to safety.

Here’s a quick reminder of who needs to file:

·         Employers with 20-249 employees in certain industries like construction, manufacturing, agriculture, and transportation.

The deadline to file your OSHA 300 log electronically is March 2, 2025.

Not sure if this applies to you? I’d be happy to help figure it out.

I’d also love to work with you to make filing easy and stress-free. Together, we can:

·         Double-check that your OSHA 300 log is ready to go.

·         Look at what’s already working well when it comes to safety.

·         Find simple ways to make your workplace even safer.

OSHA requirements can be confusing, so if you are unsure on what your business needs to do, I’m here to walk you through the process and make sure you feel confident about each detail from beginning to end! Click here to schedule a time with me, and we’ll get started!
